We are looking for a talented **Assembly Quality Leader** to join our team specializing in **Quality** for our Cummins Inc. facility in **Seymour, IN.**
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Drive site-wide quality excellence by leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the plant quality system.
+ Strengthen operational performance by managing and empowering the plant quality team to meet Cummins Operating System and operational goal‑tree objectives.
+ Influence strategic outcomes by leading the quality function’s contribution to the Annual Operating Plan and setting clear priorities for quality projects and resources.
+ Protect customers and the business by ensuring product quality, initiating work stoppages when necessary, and maintaining rigorous adherence to all quality standards and audits.
