**Job Description**
The Assembly Supervisor leads, coaches, and develops a team of 15–20 installation employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role oversees daily truck body installation operations to ensure production goals of 10–15 completed trucks per day are consistently achieved while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The supervisor coordinates staffing and workflow, partners with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly, and drives a culture of safety, urgency, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
