Job Summary The General Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling HVAC units such as air conditioners, heat pumps, and dehumidifiers on the production line. This includes mechanical assembly of components, sub-assemblies, and final unit build-up in accordance with engineering drawings, quality standards, and production targets. 
Key Responsibilities 1. Mechanical Assembly  
Compressors, coils (evaporator & condenser) 
Fans, blowers, and motors 
Sheet metal panels and structural frames 
Perform fastening, alignment, and fitment of parts using hand and power tools

Build sub-assemblies like fan decks, drain pans, brackets, and control box housings
