Asset and Inventory Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE.

• Lead the development of a long-term Strategic Asset Management Plan aligned with business strategy and operational objectives to optimize lifecycle costs, depreciation, replacement, and maintenance
• Define the strategic objectives, internal and external factors affecting asset management (e.g., regulatory, economic, environmental) and stakeholder requirements
• Document the asset portfolio and develop a summary of assets under management (types, criticality, lifecycle stage)
• Aligned with the organization's approach to lifecycle management and sustainability, support how decisions on acquisition, operation, maintenance, and disposal are made
