SUMMARY:
Asset Coordinator (contract basis) required for our Petrochemical client to ensure that assets are correctly account and controlled, contributing to Supply Operations.  Candidates should hold a degree in Finance / Business Management / Commerce or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years’ plus experience in assets and project administration with relevant experience working on SAP Module (Project Systems, Asset Accounting). POSITION INFO:
Key Accountabilities: Asset Administration:
  • Valid and updated asset register.
  • Infrastructural capital projects for Division.
  • Asset charge outs for Division.
  • Project closure.
  • Asset disposals.
  • Asset count reconciliations.
Project Administration:
  • Distribution of funds.
  • Distribution of annual values.
  • Project release.
