Asset Management and Building Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Developing templates and governance documentation, and support the delivery of asset management strategies and lifecycle outputs using internal system (ADT)
• Supporting the preparation and maintenance of asset registers, condition data, and compliance information for asset management and building compliance projects.
• Co‑ordinating BWOF and building compliance requirements using our internal software system (BICS) Providing project and data support to the Asset Management and Building Compliance teams, including spreadsheet preparation, report formatting, and document control.
• Supporting the standardisation of processes, templates, and data across the Property & Buildings team.
• Deliver support services to Asset Management (i.e., development of AM frameworks, AM plans, and operationalisation of Asset Management Plans).
