The Asset Manager reports directly to the Director of Asset Management. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our commercial and mixed-use real estate portfolio, collaborating closely with our team to enhance portfolio value and performance. Key Responsibilities

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly ownership reports.
• Analyze monthly performance, financial, and variance reports, providing actionable recommendations to meet key benchmarks.
• Conduct market studies, forecasts, and ad hoc financial analysis as required.
• Consolidate, interpret, and present property reporting, including weekly AM Reports, cash flow forecasts, annual budgeting, and property tax documentation.
• Conduct thorough analysis for acquisitions and dispositions.
