Asset Owner Index Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of MSCI index construction methodologies, including staying up to date with ongoing enhancements and new products.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Act as a liaison and source of feedback directly to Sales, Research, Product Management, Finance, and Product Delivery groups.
  • Establish a feedback loop with clients to continuously gather their input and adjust strategies as needed. Ensure that solutions address the specific needs and challenges faced by the client. Use client feedback to refine and improve the services provided.
