Role Overview
Your key role is to provide administrative and coordination support to the Business Development Department (BDD). This covers office administration, corporate communications, marketing support and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities Administration & Records- Manage day to day administration, record maintenance, filling, purchase order preparation, petty cash claims and document control.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and shared drives.
- IMS support to cover generation of Tender IDs and SAP responsibilities.
- Work with Marcom BD to coordinate Corporate Communications including media monitoring and preparation of any related media tasks.
