Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming calls, walk‑in visitors and enquiries in a polite and professional manner
  • Organise outgoing and incoming deliveries
  • Arrange business travel for employees as required
  • Monitor proper functioning of office support tools such as air‑condition units, photocopy machines and others
  • Liaise with service contractors regarding any office maintenance issues and raise faulty reports for any defects within the office area
  • Handle day‑to‑day matters and provide efficient support for administrative processes
  • Perform relief duties when required

You Should Have

  • At least 2 years of front‑office and admin experience
  • Presentable with a professional attitude and appearance
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin speaking is an advantage
