Summary
Working with the Boutique Director, the Assistant Boutique Manager assists with the day-to-day management of the sales team and boutique operations to ensure exceptional customer service and commercial performance. The role focuses on maximizing sales, developing clientele, overseeing merchandising and inventory, and enforcing company policies and security procedures. The Assistant Manager also coaches and trains sales associates and participates in store presentations and promotions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing sales team performance, set and monitor sales goals, and maximize conversion rates.
- Coach, train, schedule, and develop sales associates; lead regular store meetings and facilitate communication between management and staff.
