Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient and effective management.
- Support the Branch Manager in implementing strategic initiatives to meet financial goals.
- Oversee customer service operations and address customer inquiries and issues.
- Aid in training and developing branch staff to maximize their potential.
- Assist in managing branch inventory and ensure all processes align with company policies.
- Keep track of branch financials, such as deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
- Help to ensure compliance with all banking laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to improve business profitability and performance.
- Prepare and present reports on branch operations and performance.
