Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day hospitality and event operations

Supervise staff and allocate duties effectively

Assist with stock control, deliveries, and weekly stocktakes

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation

Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service delivery

Support event coordination and client relationship management

Balance tills and manage daily cash procedures

Ensure equipment is maintained and health & safety standards are met

Assist in training and developing team members
