Assistant Chief Engineer - Operations

Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Director of Engineering, supports the overall management and operation of the Engineering Department. Assists in implementing hotel policies, procedures, and engineering standards while ensuring efficient departmental performance and maintenance operations.

Requirements

• Oral and written fluency in English.
• With a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Electrical Engineer / Professional Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 10 years experience in the field of Engineering practice.
• Must have experience in staff management, budget preparation & control, effective systems & procedures.
• Self-starter, team builder and positive role model.
• Goal-oriented, tactful and sensitive to employee needs.
• Local package offered.
