JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Division Finance Controller will support the financial operations of the business unit, ensuring accurate financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning.
Partnership with commercial team to support strategy implementation, business growth and profitability; ensuring sustainability of financial processes, policies, and procedures comply with company’s regulations and practices.
Provide analytical support in ad-hoc business acceleration projects.
This role is crucial for developing brand profitability and territory profitability analysis, contributing to the overall financial health and growth of the cluster.
Provide financial leadership to the organization & foster effective collaboration with internal functional stakeholders towards achieving annual financial KPIs - Sales, Division Margin & Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC).
