Duties and responsibilities
- To maintain Daifuku AMHS equipment as a member of the sustaining project and support team at the customer's facility.
- Follow SOP and perform regular AMHS Hardware preventive maintenance.
- Provide customer service for error recovery, troubleshooting and repair of AMHS equipment’s (OHT, STOCKER, CLW, OL, VHL, etc), including equipment maintenance and adjustments.
- Assist in the routine maintenance of AMHS systems (MCP, OHT, STOCKER, CLW, OL, VL, ZFS, ZFS, etc), including applying software updates, patches, and ensuring the systems remain up-to-date.
- Log analysis, and follow-up tracking of equipment to assist in repair and maintenance.
- Assists in the testing and commissioning of software, system on-site.
- Assists in supporting the Customer after project go-live.
