Job Description

  • Manage reception and customer service, including calls, walk-ins, and deliveries
  • Provides basic first aid and overseas student welfare items like uniforms and lost & found
  • Liaises with parents and students on documents and MC submissions
  • Handles printing, filing, and student report book administration
  • Supports general office tasks and ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service or admin support
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to perform basic first aid when needed
  • Proficient in general office tasks
  • Organised and able to multitask effectively
