Job Description

Job Description Purpose: Collaborate with the Sales personnel team to achieve goals in alignment with the company KPI.

1) To be proactive to enhance customer experiences and service performance for assigned key accounts.
2) To be responsible as a service owner for the delegated key account contracts while ensuring coordination and communications' effectiveness with overseas account managers.
3) To be able to analyze service performance by leveraging visibility of the data available in the ONE internal system.
4) To engage with customers actively to improve service level and provide value-added customer experiences and feedbacks.
5) To assist with rate negotiation for freight enquiries and ensure a pro-active approach for timely changes in contractual terms and filling rates.
6) To be able to analyze customer behavior KPI and service KPI performances in preparing reports for regional HQ.
7) Any other task assigned from time to time.
