The team delivers property and facilities services across the full life cycle of residential assets, with a strong focus on compliance, service standards, and stakeholder engagement.

Your new role 
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of a residential property portfolio, managing assets from onboarding through occupancy and exit.
Coordinate move‑in and move‑out activities, ensuring properties meet readiness, compliance, and safety requirements.
Monitor maintenance, inspections, and contractor performance to ensure service delivery standards are met.
Support compliance, risk management, and safety practices across all properties.
Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, procurement, and vendor management.
