Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the F&B Manager in ensuring the efficient and profitable running of all F&B outlets by carefully planning, controlling and coordinating all relevant facets of agreed operational standards and procedures.
  • Ensure that all guests receive consistent and satisfactory product and service delivery in line with established 5* standards.
  • Assist in maintaining cost of sales, expenses and profit goals as outlined in the F&B department operational strategy and budget, whilst delivering impeccable service.
  • Lead and continuously upskill and develop the F&B team members.
  • Assisting with procurement, management, and control of all F&B related inventory and operating equipment.
  • Prepare reports and provide all relevant information to the F&B and General Manager.
