Job Description

  • Assists optometrists/ophthalmologists during eye examinations: This includes tasks such as preparing patients for examinations, conducting basic vision tests (e.g., visual acuity, color vision), documenting patient information, and maintaining a clean and organized examination room.
  • Provides excellent customer service: Greets patients warmly, answers patient inquiries regarding procedures and appointment scheduling, and ensures a comfortable and positive experience for all patients.
  • Maintains inventory and equipment: Assists with ordering and maintaining supplies, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned, calibrated, and in good working order. This may also include basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
