Job Summary
Participates on Associate General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel's leadership team and provides legal support for a business division or legal practice area.
What You Will Do- Advising senior management and providing clear recommendations on legal matters.
- Managing legal support of a business division or significant legal practice area through supervision of a team, or coordination of a network of attorneys, or serving as a subject matter expert.
- Implementing legal strategies and goals in line with company's business objectives; researching complex legal issues and reviewing and drafting complex legal documents.
Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to risks of various kinds; ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations.
