The Assistant General Manager (AGM) delivers an outstanding guest experience by leading service, supporting daily operations, and energizing the team. Working closely with the General Manager, this role drives high service standards, staff development, and a memorable, engaging atmosphere. The AGM also stays hands‑on with serving, stocking, cleaning, ordering, and sales support to keep the operation running smoothly and efficiently.
This position reports to the General Manager and alternatively the Hospitality Manager from time to time.
