An Oil & Gas Company is Looking for an Assistant General Manager - Corporate Finance (Based in Johor)Your new company 
The company specialises in the Oil & Gas sector, providing a variety of refined petroleum products, including petrol, diesel, jet fuel and many more.

Your new role 
Oversee and track current project financing, ensuring periodic reporting and adherence to covenants, and diligently maintaining all clauses and requirements.
Plan and manage optimal working capital for the company by consolidating and reviewing information from various departments to determine working capital needs, ensuring cash sufficiency in the short and medium term.
Secure and manage long-term financing, including evaluating and selecting financial institutions, banking services, and trade facilities to ensure competitive rates and industry-standard practices.
