Assistant General Manager-Piping-Design Engineering

Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Team Management Lead and manage a team of piping engineers and designers for multiple projects simultaneously. Allocate resources, monitor team performance, and provide mentoring and technical support. Conduct performance reviews, facilitate training, and ensure team development. 2. Project Delivery Oversee the preparation of piping design deliverables: PFDs, P&IDs, layouts, isometrics, MTOs, and support drawings. Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables that meet project specifications and client expectations. Review and approve piping designs, calculations, stress analysis reports, and vendor documents. 3. Technical Oversight Guide the design and analysis of piping systems across oil & gas, petrochemical, power, water, and industrial projects. Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes (ASME B31.3/B31.1, API, ANSI, ISO) and safety standards.
