Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and supervise staff performance
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Monitor and improve occupancy rates and revenue performance
- Control operational costs and ensure efficient resource utilization
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Coordinate with different departments (housekeeping, front office, maintenance)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the hotel industry
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
