Assistant HR Director (Organizational Development)

This role leads strategic workforce planning and organizational effectiveness across the region, ensuring the organization is structured, resourced, and aligned to deliver business priorities. Working closely with business and finance leaders, the role drives data-driven decisions on workforce forecasting, organisational design, and capability deployment to optimize cost, productivity, and long-term workforce sustainability.

• Lead end-of-the-end workforce planning, including FTE forecasting, capability planning, and workforce optimisation
• Develop workforce models and scenarios to support business growth, transformation, and cost optimisation
• Provide workforce insights and recommendations based on data, trends, and business priorities
• Identify workforce gaps and drive strategies across hiring, redeployment, and capability building
