The Company

Our client, a luxury retail company, is looking to hire an Assistant HR Manager (Training) for their HR team.


The Role

Responsibilities include partnering with internal stakeholders to assess retail staff training needs, preparing training materials for staff, revising training modules, facilitating training, ensuring training courses are meeting the objectives.


Your Profile

You should have a diploma/degree in HR or any related discipline and bring along with you at least 5 years of experience. You should be able to work with minimal supervision, possess good interpersonal and communication skills, are a team player and a self-starter.
