Job Description
MAIN SCOPE OF THE JOB:
The Assistant Kids Club Manager supports the Kids Club Manager in the daily operation, supervision, and administration of the Rixy Club. This role ensures the delivery of a safe, engaging, and high-quality kids’ program, while assisting in team leadership, activity planning, guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel policies and ISO Integrated Management Systems. The Assistant Kids Club Manager acts on behalf of the Kids Club Manager in their absence.
MANDATORY (ISO IMS) COMPLIANCE
All employees must adhere to the established ISO Integrated Management System standards, including Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Customer Complaint Handling (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 10002), hotel SOPs, and applicable legal requirements.
