Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable

Location: Mexico-Zapopan

Schedule: Full-time

Education Level: Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive contracts (SLAs and critical metrics) as well as internal metrics.
  • Ensure smooth operations and uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Develop succession plans for key/critical roles.
  • Promote team engagement, professional growth, and reduce attrition.
  • Keep systems like My Time updated and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Accurately align MSS, cost codes, and SRT/update processes.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities, multitask, and drive tasks to completion.
  • Analyze DevOps data and report findings or errors.
  • Work independently with initiative and collaborate effectively.
  • Manage and resolve employee-related issues.
  • Train, motivate, and lead the team with a strong commitment to engagement.
