You will be part of an extraordinary and exciting company, heavily involved in many aspects of the restaurant and lounge, including building and encouraging high-performing teams, upholding our tried-and-true systems and procedures, and working closely with your FOH and BOH teams. The Day to Day:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations, including staffing, security, and venue management.
  • You enthusiastically communicate the restaurant and lounge’s vision to all team members and leads by example.
  • You understand how to create, foster and maintain a rave worthy bar program.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus within the building, with specialized attention to beverage program.
