In this role, you will work closely with our doctors and Head Office teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities to enhance patient experience, grow patient volume, and improve revenue performance.
What You'll Do
Lead Centre Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of our Health Screening Centres to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
- Optimise patient flow, appointment utilisation, and operational workflows.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Company policies, and quality standards.
- Resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvements.
