Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Assistant Manager for one our well-established clients in Macroom in Co. Cork .
The role of an Assistant Manager includes helping the general manager keep the day-to-day operations running, providing excellent customer service to all employees and working as part of a team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of this hotel

REQUIERMENTS:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on operations and guest service

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Food Service Essential.

Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.

Strong analytical and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
