Support the store manager in driving sales and achieving KPI's Lead by example on the sales floor with exceptional customer services Motivate and guide the team during shifts Assist with stock management, receiving and daily store admin Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing duties Build relationships with customers, travel enthusiasts Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and customer experience excellence Requirements Previous retail experience, 1-3 years Strong sales ability and customer-service mindset Supervisory/leadership experience beneficial High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Matric (Grade 12)
