Job Title: Assistant Manager - Dyehouse
Location: Ambasamudram
Role Purpose:

Manage the dyeing processes, sample queue, sample requirements and ensure resources are used efficiently. To support the dye house KPI targets of RFT, CQ, LpMpD and throughput/lead time and lab KPI targets of attempt per match, lab to bulk and ensure they are achieved and improved upon consistently. Responsible for delivering the rated output, meeting quality requirements, ensuring health and safety of employees in dyehouse.
Principal Accountabilities:
Health and Safety – leading and lagging indicator performance, Review of TaRA, MOC, MSA,Equipment checklist.

 S score of the zone.

Sustainability – Water L/kg, Energy Kwh/kg, and Waste %

Customer complaints per order lines, TUC Kg and Fail store stock movements.

Dyeing lead time in hours.

Attempts per match, RFT%, CQ%, Operative hours per dye lo...
