Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end Employee Referral Program (ERP) across business units and locations
- Design and implement initiatives to increase referral participation and quality of hires
- Align referral strategies with hiring demand, ramp requirements, and hard-to-fill roles
- Continuously improve program processes, policies, and digital workflows
Referral Operations & Governance
- Oversee referral validation, tracking, and documentation accuracy
- Ensure proper endorsement channels and submission processes are followed
- Manage and audit referral bonus eligibility and payout processing per payroll cycle
- Act as the central POC for employee referral-related queries and escalations
