Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Strategy

  • Lead the end-to-end Employee Referral Program (ERP) across business units and locations
  • Design and implement initiatives to increase referral participation and quality of hires
  • Align referral strategies with hiring demand, ramp requirements, and hard-to-fill roles
  • Continuously improve program processes, policies, and digital workflows

Referral Operations & Governance

  • Oversee referral validation, tracking, and documentation accuracy
  • Ensure proper endorsement channels and submission processes are followed
  • Manage and audit referral bonus eligibility and payout processing per payroll cycle
  • Act as the central POC for employee referral-related queries and escalations
