Assistant Manager, Engineering & Sustainability

Responsibilities Provide technical support to the Operations team on tender document review, focusing on the scope of work and specifications for M&E equipment replacement such as switchgear, genset, etc. Review and provide technical support for M&E maintenance contract scopes and requirements. Assist with project handover and pre-opening programs, including on-site physical inspections, site acceptance tests, and defect rectifications. Offer technical support to the Operations team in addressing M&E operational challenges. Provide technical guidance on M&E end-of-life replacement schedules and specifications. Offer technical guidance, recommendations, and tracking of electrical contracted capacity and maximum demand.
