Job Summary
 We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk professional to support the Head of Risk in implementing and managing the bank's risk framework. The role focuses on ICAAP, stress testing, IFRS 9, RAROC modelling, and regulatory compliance in line with Central Bank of the UAE guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain ICAAP models and capital assessments 
Conduct stress testing and support recovery planning 
Assist in IFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss (ECL) modelling 
Maintain enterprise risk framework and risk register 
Prepare risk reports for management and Board committees 
Monitor risk appetite and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) 
Support RAROC analysis for business and pricing decisions
