Assistant Manager, Facilities

Responsibilities:

• - Responsible for Review the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to the Facility function.
• - Responsible for managing and overseeing the methods, processes and operations for both new and existing products.
• - Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and resources in producing cost-effective, quality products and customer solutions.
• - Play an active role in developing talent and leadership pipeline in the Facility function through initiatives like mentoring, Training needs analysis and other best-known methods.
• - Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures for the facilities function, ensuring smooth plant operations.
• - Lead the Facilities department, providing critical support services to the plant.
