Assistant Manager – Finance

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance to support group-level financial operations across corporate and holding entities in the UAE and overseas. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, treasury operations, tax compliance, MIS, and coordination with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on exposure to UAE regulatory requirements, group accounting, and multi-entity financial management.

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS & Financial Reporting

• Review accounting records of group corporate entities to ensure timely monthly closures
• Prepare and review monthly MIS reports for UAE and overseas entities
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of:
  • Inter-company reconciliations at group level
  • Inter-company loan tracker and supporting schedules
  • Ad-hoc management and financial reports as required
