Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Validate, monitor, and process payables for project-related disbursement.
- Maintain records of contractors and suppliers' subsidiary ledgers accounts.
- Witness Bid Opening
- Project CAPEX budget management.
- Review Project CAPEX against budget
- Cost Control
- Validate Percentage of Completion (POC).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project accounting, budgeting, planning & analysis.
- Preferably CPA.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
