Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of Fraud Deterrence (FD) by ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen customer relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Prioritize all requests for information, establish response times and, as necessary, escalation routes to the manager for resolution based on workload.
