Position Overview
Assistant Manager - Graphic Designer

▸3–5 years of professional design experience, with a demonstrable portfolio in social media design
▸Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
▸Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite
▸Strong command of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy
▸Hands-on experience designing for LinkedIn and Instagram, with an understanding of what performs well on each platform
▸Familiarity with motion tools such as Adobe After Effects or similar for short-form animations
▸Experience designing professional B2B or corporate
▸Ability to produce clean, structured layouts for decks and long-form documents
▸Familiarity with PowerPoint and design for decks, documents, and long-form publications
