Key Responsibilities

Manage daily manpower planning to support operational needs and ensure efficient staff deployment.

Oversee group arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth traffic flow and seamless guest experience. Coordinate with event and convention teams on logistics, guest movement, and special arrangements.

Supervise Bell, Concierge, and Valet operations to maintain high service standards.

Lead, coach, and motivate the Guest Services team to deliver personalised guest experiences.

Conduct regular service audits and ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.

Handle VIP guest arrivals, rooming, and departures with professionalism and attention to detail.

Plan, review, and optimise staff rosters to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
