Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage a B2C / Telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Monitor team performance, conduct coaching sessions, and drive productivity

• Implement sales strategies to improve conversions and revenue

• Track KPIs, maintain MIS reports, and ensure process adherence

• Drive team motivation, handle escalations, and maintain quality standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smoother operations and process improvements


Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in B2C Sales / Telesales

• Proven team handling experience (TL/AM level preferred)

• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Immediate joiners or candidates with 15 days notice period will be prioritized
