Role Purpose
The Assistant Manager – Health & Safety will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety programs at plant. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with safety standards, mitigating operational risks, and fostering a strong safety culture across all manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Safety Program Implementation
Develop and execute safety programs for warehouse operations, includingWorking at Height safety protocols.Material Handling & Storage best practices.Fire Safety systems and emergency preparedness.Pedestrian Safety Management within warehouse premises.PPE Compliance Monitoring for all employees and contractors.
2. Legal Compliance
Ensure adherence to all statutory health and safety regulations applicable to manufacturing operations.
