Job Description

Level3 BOS is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager – HR Operations to oversee and strengthen HR operational processes within a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations, workforce data management, and HR reporting, along with advanced Excel capabilities and excellent English communication skills.

This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy of HR data, supporting employee lifecycle management, improving HR reporting systems, and maintaining efficient HR processes for a large operational workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain accurate HR records, employee databases, and documentation , ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, Conditional Formatting, etc.) to develop HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics .
