Assistant Manager HR (Organizational Development)

Description

  • Develop and update the appraisal process & guidelines and manage the appraisal process across organization (Goal Setting, Evaluations, PIPs, identifying HIPOs and LOPOs etc.)
  • Identify critical positions and ensure appropriate succession planning to ensure smooth departmental operations
  • Contribute to the development and integration of competency models within the Performance Management System
  • Work with internal stakeholders across different functions to embed a culture of continuous feedback on employee performance
  • Collect and analyze performance appraisal results across the organization
  • Assist in development of TNA in light of the PMS
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including survey administration, data analysis, action planning and communication to foster a positive work environment
