Assistant Manager, Human Resources

Job Purpose This role supports the delivery of end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and core HR processes. While recruitment is a key component, the role is not purely talent acquisition-focused, given the nature of the school environment. The incumbent is expected to be hands-on in execution, supporting workforce needs, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to process improvements and knowledge management.
