Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Attend to users’ incoming email and promptly respond or advise pertaining to queries.
  • Attend to incoming SAR requests to process and complete all ID provisioning/de‑provisioning requisitions assigned within SLA or agreed dates stipulated in bulk requests.
  • Execute access‑related service requests and change tasks in accordance with internal ITIL change management procedures.
  • Provide day‑to‑day operational support and troubleshooting for IDM/PAM infrastructure, including Windows, Unix, AS400, and related application platforms within CyberArk/MasterSAM.
  • Assist in privileged access provisioning and revocation, ensuring that activities are tracked and aligned with access policies.
  • Participate in change‑management processes/call and ensure proper documentation and impact assessment for any IDM/PAM‑related changes or support requirements.
